P!nk

Finally….!!

About a month ago I went to the concert of P!nk in Ahoy, witch was incredible!!!
I’m a very big fan of P!nk and as usual I ordered Pictures from a photographer I know.
So I got 35 great pictures of the first two songs of the concert. Commercially photographers may stay for two songs @ the beginning of the concert and then they have to leave so they don’t spoil the concert with there presence and flashinglights…..

Today I got the pictures back witch I wanted to be printed.
And they are great, Jelle did wonders with my pictures by enhancing them before printing. So now I have 4 pictures at A4 and 4 pictures at A5 format. And with the T-shirt and the Ticket it will be a great addition to my “P!nk Collection”.

At home I have a wall in my bedroom dedicated to P!nk, where I have the pictures hanging from the last two concerts @ Ahoy. That wall is pretty much filled, so I will start on another with the pictures a got printed from the last concert. So the only thing to do now is getting some frames and figure out the composition of the pictures with the ticket and t-shirt…..

Gister naar Parkpop geweest.
Geen mede Parkpop gangers dit jaar, beetje jammer dat wel, maar ja…..
De dag begon best relaxed, beetje uitslapen, lekker ontbijten en hup met de trein naar Den Haag.
Onderweg nog een ‘oude bekende’ tegen gekomen op Schiphol, best leuk.
En zelfs @ Parpop nog een bekende gezien, een vriendin van een vriendin van mij (lekker vaag… )

Erg mooi weer dit jaar en dat was ook goed te merken aan het aantal bezoekers, las net op internet dat er zo’n 250.000 mensen zijn geweest. Het was ook erg druk, echt het hele park was vol, maar wat was het gezellig Zon, muziek en drank, wat wil een mens nog meer op zo’n dag

De optredens waren goed, op de 2 hoofdpodia heb ik de meeste wel gezien, alhoewel sommigen maar kort als ze tegen vielen. Een band die mij echt heel er opviel was Matt Bianco. Nu was dit ook een stukje jeugdsentiment. Wat een mooi optreden, al was het maar om de vele bekende nummers, dus lekker swingen en mee brullen….
Een andere band die ik graag een live wilde zien, viel wel weer erg tegen; Kula Shaker… Nu hebben ze ook maar 1 echt grote hit gehad, maar toch… niet echt mijn ding. Maar dat gaf even wat extra tijd om een goed plaatsje te zoeken vor de main stage, voor het afsluitende optreden van Sheryl Crow.

Sheryl Crow, tja…, wat zal ik zeggen, vindt haar erg goed en nu een keer live gezien en gehoord… Fantastisch gewoon, bijna geen woorden voor.  Vindt het echt knap dat ze live net zo zingt als op haar cd’s, dat gebeurd niet vaak bij artiesten. En alhoewel Sheryl een wat oudere artieste is, ze gaat richting de 50, straalde ze een enorme hoop plezier en energie uit. Swingend de dag uit zeg maar…

Al met al een zeer geslaagde dag.
Op naar volgend jaar!!!
